How to Update Your Profile
To update your user profile, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Customer Service Portal. If you need an account, contact us at service@nlets.org or 800-528-4020.
2. Submit a request to update your user profile.
3. Provide your agency name, NJP username, and any other required information.
4. Log in to NJP or request a password reset.
